Shipping and Returns


Wynken offers Express or Standard shipping worldwide.

UK Express delivery times: 1-2 days
UK Standard delivery times: up to 7 days

Worldwide Express delivery times: 2-5 days
Worldwide Standard delivery times: up to 15 days

We ship between Monday - Friday, excluding UK national holidays

 

Please note that during the holiday season we only ship before the 23rd of December. Orders placed after this date will be shipped after the 30th of December. 

 

Free Shipping applies to all orders above £100 in the UK and above £150 to all other countries.

For orders under £100 in the UK the shipping charge is £3.50 for standard and £6 for express shipping.

For International orders under £150 the cost is calculated at checkout with options for standard or express delivery. International customers can browse and shop our website in their local currency by selecting their country from the dropdown menu in the footer navigation. All prices shown are inclusive of import duties and taxes.


We offer an exchange or full refund on all orders returned back to us within 30 days of purchase. Returns after this date will only be accepted at our discretion.

All items that are returned or exchanged must be unworn and in their original condition, including any packaging and swing tags. If any item is damaged, soiled or altered this may not be accepted and may be sent back to you.
